To ensure that we can grow and offer the best possible service to our partners and clients, we are looking for an Operations Manager in Nairobi.
Your job
The position is very versatile, just as we are as a company.
At Huss Group, we work with investments and advisory services at our Kenyan department. Our Operations Manager will be in charge of all our activities in Kenya and Africa as a whole.
You will be the link between Africa and Europe, and the first point of contact for our clients, partners and new contacts.
Furthermore, you will have to delve into the startup ecosystem of Kenya and Africa and find out how and where we can support the environment.
In addition, you will be responsible for arranging events, workshops, meeting possible partners and raising awareness of our operations and Huss Group.
You will also assist our clients who are looking to enter the Kenyan and African market and try to connect with new ones.
You as a person
As a person, you must be open-minded and ready to “kick ass”.
We expect you to have a solid business network and experience of working in such an environment.
In addition to that, you should be familiar with the codes of business conduct.
Furthermore, you must be able to work independently and have high ambitions when it comes to you and your work.
